Resolved - We've concluded monitoring - the issue is now considered resolved. Affected users should try closing all Virtru tabs, finding the original email with the Unlock Message button, and try again. Monitoring - Yesterday afternoon (September 28th,) some users accessing Secure Reader experienced a loading page that did not progress to authentication options. Our team identified the issue and put a fix in place. Affected users should try closing all Virtru tabs, finding the original email with the Unlock Message button, and try again. Users still experiencing issues should contact Support: https://support.virtru.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
