Update
The service is now accessible, but users may still see issues uploading and decrypting. We are working to deploy an additonal patch.

Identified
Virtru Collaborate is down. When users attempt to access the Workspaces page, it never fully loads. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to deploy a fix as soon as possible.
Virtru Secure Share functionality is not impacted.
We will provide another update as soon as we have one.
