Intermittent Secure Reader errors for e-mail reads and writes.

Beginning at 8:11 PM Thursday March 28th UTC, for a period of 14 minutes, some customers using Virtru Secure Reader may have experienced an increase in client errors when reading or writing secure e-mails.

The issue was due to a communication problem between two backend services, caused by a DNS resolution caching error. A fix has been deployed to prevent future occurrences.
